I make sure that the way I'm interacting with you two and your loved ones, photographing, and editing is reflective of who you are and how things actually feel. It's a lot of the small little things like this that go a long way. My approach is more of a documentary style where candids are super important to me rather than choreographing every moment where you're posed and stiff which can lack the genuine emotions when looking back on your photos. We can totally be goofballs and crack "that's what she said" jokes while also getting some serious intimate moments - I'm always happy to help give direction but also give space when you two want to connect.

To me this is more than just a job where I show up and take pretty photos for social media, I want to be friends and really get to know you so that you’ll feel
comfortable being super goofy, relaxed, and laughing your butts off during our time together. You’ll end up forgetting that there’s a camera in-front of you and we’ll be cracking “that’s what she said” jokes! I’ll make sure we’ll have a real good time and help plan together something you two are most excited about!

After 8 years of photographing weddings and love stories, I know a lot of do’s and don’ts to creating photos worth cherishing. Let’s be real, planning can be the most stressful part of every photo shoot or wedding. I absolutely love helping my couples research locations, figure out permits, places that could be closed or busy during certain seasons, help you save money while traveling, and have a plan B if Mother Nature has something else in mind. Most of my couples ask: What the heck do we wear for our shoot? When’s the best time to take our newlywed photos for perfect lighting? Where should we have our elopement ceremony? Do you know any florists, hair + makeup artists, or videographers? Literally everything from A to Z I got you covered and will help you every step of the way because you deserve someone that will help you plan ways to make your day as fun and stress-free as possible.

What I offer is more than me showing up to your wedding to take photos from a shot list you found on some wedding website or just another photographer showing up to an unintentional location to take Instagram perfect photos that doesn’t make you feel anything — this sounds cheesy but that’s not who I am. I will take the time to genuinely get to know you, brainstorm an experience that’s meaningful to you both, help take care of all the nitty gritty planning details, offer my guidance and advice from years of experience, and make sure you and your babe have the most memorable time ever!
