Laguna Gloria is a historic Italian-style villa on the shores of Lake Austin, home to The Contemporary Austin's museum campus, surrounded by two acres of botanical gardens. It is one of the most visually distinct wedding venues in the city.
This Laguna Gloria wedding was planned by 36th Street Events. The bride wore a Danny Tabet gown then into a second outfit change with Sarah Seven. The details were personal, florals arranged by Remi and Gold, and the aesthetic was editorial — what this portfolio would call cool-girl meets art museum.
Lauren photographed the day on film and digital, moving through Laguna Gloria's grounds with the dappled garden light, the villa architecture, and the lake appearing in the background when you least expect it.
